The Vacation Home in a Pittoresque Old Town

The beautiful apartment is on the 1st floor above an art gallery in a listed, restored trading house from the 17th century. It is quietly located 15 m from the historic market square and the pedestrian zone. The distance to the train station (S-Bahn to Stuttgart, Ammertalbahn to Tübingen) is a 10-minute walk.

The apartment has about 40 square meters and is suitable for 1 to 2 people.

1 living-dining room with a sofa bed 140x200 cm, coffee table, dining table, chairs, dresser, cable TV with flat screen 80 cm, WiFi.
1 well-equipped modern fitted kitchen (no dishwasher)
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (can be combinded to ta double bed), wardrobe, chest of drawers
1 shower room, sink, linen cupboards, hair dryer
1 separates toilet
Table and bed linen, towels

Rent per night when occupied by:

   1 Person:    45,- €
   2 Persons:  65,- €
   3 Persons:  90,- €

This includes all additional costs and the final cleaning.
Minimum rental period: 5 nights.
If the apartment is rented for more than 2 weeks, there is a price reduction (to be negotiated).

Car access to the house is permitted for loading and unloading, there are free parking spaces approx. 300m away.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, pets are not allowed.
